Marking its 14th anniversary, SteelPeak Wealth reports more than $5 billion in assets under management, new investment and planning offerings, a larger advisory team, and offices in seven markets.

LOS ANGELES, CA, October 12, 2026 —  SteelPeak Wealth, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm headquartered in Los Angeles, today marked 14 years in business. Founded on October 12, 2012, the firm manages more than $5 billion in client assets as of June 30, 2026. Fewer than 13% of the roughly 16,000 SEC-registered investment advisors in the country manage $5 billion or more.

Over the past year, SteelPeak has added new services, new advisors, and new offices at the same time. Its platform now covers investment management, financial planning, tax consulting, estate consulting, insurance solutions, family office services, and a practice built for athletes.

“We started with a belief that sophisticated advice should come with the attention of a true partner,” said Reza Zamani, Founder & CEO of SteelPeak Wealth. “That belief has stayed the same. The team, the services, and the number of families we can help have grown a great deal since 2012.”

New offerings for clients and institutions

On August 3, Alpha Summit, SteelPeak's institutional investment platform, launched the Alpha Summit Strategic Alternatives Fund (ALTSX). The interval fund gives investors access to more than 25 institutional managers across six or more asset classes in a single vehicle. It reports on Form 1099 and was available through Schwab from the first day.

“ALTSX puts a broad alternatives portfolio in one position that advisors can build into a client's plan,” said Maz Esmailbeigi, Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer. “It also gives us a clear way to bring our manager research to RIAs and family offices.”

Alpha Summit, introduced in October 2025, serves RIAs, family offices, and endowments through two divisions. Alpha Summit Funds offers private market vehicles, including the Goal Line Growth Fund and the Tax Optimization Fund. Alpha Summit Investments offers options-based separately managed accounts.

Other additions since last fall:

  • Family Office Services, launched in October 2025, gives complex households coordinated oversight of investments, tax, estate, and insurance planning.
  • SteelPeak Sports continues to add athlete clients, including players from Stanford, Duke, and UCLA, and from the NFL.
  • Client capabilities now include access to late-stage pre-IPO shares through relationships with Forge Global and EquityZen, and new lending partnerships that offer more competitive margin rates and the ability to borrow against private and alternative holdings.
  • Custody options now include BNY Pershing, alongside Schwab and Fidelity.

A larger team

SteelPeak has added experienced advisors and specialists across the firm this year. Wealth advisors Andrew Moss, Jordan Peterson, and Jessica Donovan joined the firm. Peterson brings more than 11 years of experience from Edward Jones and the independent RIA channel. Donovan spent more than a decade at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors before joining as a Senior Wealth Advisor.

The firm also welcomed associate wealth advisors Ethan Ashbrook, Curtis Cooper, Dalia Dardoon, and Jack Martin. In May, Jess Boone was named Director of Client Development for SteelPeak Sports. SteelPeak also added to its investment, tax, and Alpha Summit business development teams.

“Advisors join SteelPeak because they can bring a client's whole picture to one team, from investments and tax to estate, insurance, and family office,” said Tyler Resh, Chief Growth Officer. “Each person we add makes that team more useful to the families we serve.”

Offices in seven markets

SteelPeak now serves clients from offices in Century City, Woodland Hills, Newport Beach, Santa Barbara, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Boca Raton.

The footprint has grown through hiring and acquisition. The firm opened in Newport Beach in 2023 and expanded into Boca Raton in 2024. It welcomed Amling Investments in Chicago and extended into Santa Barbara through its acquisition of Ridgeway & Warner, which added tax consulting talent and established client relationships. This year, SteelPeak expanded its Los Angeles presence into Century City, where its headquarters is now located at 1880 Century Park East.

Recognition

SteelPeak was named to the USA TODAY and Statista list of Best Financial Advisory Firms 2026, ranking No. 41 nationally and No. 1 in California among firms with $1 billion to $5 billion in assets. The firm also placed No. 148 on Financial Advisor magazine's 2026 RIA ranking. Full methodology for each ranking is at steelpeakwealth.com/award-disclosures.

“Thank you to the clients who trust us and to the people who earn that trust every day,” said Zamani. “We will keep adding the services, advisors, and locations that help families make better decisions with their wealth.”
